14K yellow gold antique engagement ring. This engagement ring features a round brilliant cut 0.25CT G-SI1 diamond at its center. The diamond is set in a raised hexagon box with milgrain detail. There are cut-outs underneath the diamond. The shank features milgrain and hand carved designs throughout, including wheat engraving down the sides.
