Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING

All in-stock items are shipped within 3-5 business days. We ship signature required via USPS. Shipping times vary depending on location; please allow up to 10 business days to receive your order.

Processing and shipping times vary for custom orders and items that need to be altered or personalized. If you have specific time requirements for an item, please call us so we can make sure you receive your item in time!

 

Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please follow the instructions below for submitting a return request. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. A $30 postage charge will be deducted from your refund.

1. Log in to your account:
  • In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  • In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  • Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for us if you'd like.
5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund minus the $30 return shipping fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and altered items (ring sizing) are non-returnable and non-refundable. We also do not accept returns for jewelry cleaner, coins, bullion, or collectibles. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund or an exchange.

Layaway Policy

Guy Edward Family Jewelers offers an easy, no-hassle layaway plan. There is no interest, no fees and no finance or hidden charges.

We offer a 12 month layaway plan. There is no interest, no fees and no finance or hidden charges.

An initial deposit of 20% of the purchase price (minimum) is required to begin the layaway process. After the initial down payment is received, we will set the piece aside with your name on it, and ship it promptly upon final payment. A minimum monthly payment of $25 is required to keep your layaway active. We will send you an invoice and reminder for your monthly payments. You may make an additional or larger payment at any time. Layaway orders must be paid in full within 12 months from the original date of purchase. If your item is not paid in full after 12 months, and/or if you miss three consecutive payments, the item will be returned to stock and all deposits/payments paid to date will be forfeited.

Because layaway items are taken off the market and held for you for an extended period of time, they are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on layaway items. Should you wish to cancel your layaway at any time, all payments already paid toward the purchase will be forfeited. By submitting payment, you agree to these terms.

Q: Can I pick up my layaway before it's fully paid?
A: No. All layaway items must be paid in full before they will be released to the customer.
