Vintage 14K white gold ring set with Old European cut diamonds. An Old European cut diamond is prong set in a double diamond-shaped box in the center. Prong set on either side of the center is an Old European cut diamond in a heart-shaped box. The diamonds have an approximate total weight of 0.30CTW H-SI2. The ring features cutouts and milgrain throughout, as well as etched floral details and design on the through view.
