Antique 14K yellow gold, enamel, ruby, and diamond ring. Set in the center is an approximate 1.50CT synthetic ruby doublet. Surrounding the center in a halo are genuine rose cut diamonds totaling approximately 1.50CTW. An engraved shank is enhanced by black enamel.
