14K white gold carved ruby and diamond brooch. Prong set in the center is an oval-shaped carved 42.65CT Ruby. Surrounding the center are eight round brilliant cut diamonds totaling 0.24CTW H-SI2. The back is just a beautiful with hidden heart-shaped cutouts underneath the central stone and is finished with a pin back closure.
